The conclusion of his GCE (Advanced Level) studies in 1957, ushered Christopher Chigbo Ekwempu into his long term dream to become a physician. It was at this point that he was admitted to study Medicine at the University College, Ibadan. Here, he obtained his 1st and 2nd MBs, and finally the MB BS (London).
